1 apple/ fruit ( mosambi)

½ katori / bowl brown rice
1 katori Methi Dal
1 katori Bhindi sabji/ any sabji with min carbohydrates

1 cup Lemon green tea without sugar/honey

1/4  cup Roasted Chana/ proteins

1 cup Mixed vegetable Daliya/ or only proteins
